    Maxwell AFB, AL - Gate Hours, Map and Status

    There are three gates at Maxwell AFB, but only the Main Maxwell Blvd Gate is 24-hours. The Kelly Street Gate hours are 0600-1800 M-F, closed weekends/holidays. The Day Street Gate is open 7 days a week from 0600-1400, M-F 1400-1800 Outbound traffic only, and closed holidays. Maxwell AFB is a closed base, there is no Visitor Control Center.
